At PRM Filtration, we stand behind the quality of our industrial filtration equipment and offer a 30-day return window for unused, standard stock items. Please ensure all components are in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific item details to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the equipment in its original shipping container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package via a trackable carrier to our returns department; we recommend purchasing insurance as PRM Filtration is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment is in new, resellable condition, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking fees within 7-10 business days.
