FPZ MD - Single Impeller Blowers / Two Stage blowers are preferred when higher pressures are required with some models capable of over 10 psi. MD blowers are also ideal for applications that require a large turn down.
The standard FPZ design is a direct drive configuration, with a dynamically balanced impeller fitted directly on the motor shaft. Fitted motors are 2-pole, 1 or 3 phase, rated for continuous service.
This Blower is fitted with an Explosion Proof (XP) Motor. XP motors on GOR motor blowers are UL listed for Class 1, Division 1, Group D, Class II Groups E, F and G
GOR designs utilize a motor that is directly coupled to the blower shaft.
